Description
The K&N E-1987 is a high-performance washable, reusable air filter for the Audi A4 in 3.0 TFSI and 3.0 TDI quattro all-wheel drive variants. Whether supercharged petrol or turbocharged diesel, the A4's 3.0-litre engines benefit significantly from the E-1987's oiled cotton gauze construction, which provides greater intake airflow versus the factory paper element.
The E-1987 fits the A4 quattro's standard airbox directly with no modification and is the same filter used across multiple Audi quattro platforms. It is washable and reusable with the K&N maintenance kit.
