Polo TDI Stage 3 Turbo – Direct Bolt-On Upgrade
Upgrade your diesel build with this Garrett Stage 3 Turbo, designed as a direct bolt-on solution for:
- Volkswagen Polo 1.5 / 1.6 TDI
- Volkswagen Vento 1.5 / 1.6 TDI
- Volkswagen Ameo 1.5 TDI
- Skoda Rapid 1.5 / 1.6 TDI
This Garrett bolt-on turbo is capable of producing 165HP – 180HP and is plug-and-play for all 1.5 and 1.6 TDI common rail engines equipped with Garrett or KKK turbochargers.

- Strong improvement in power delivery and acceleration
- Ideal for Stage 3 performance builds
For maximum performance, the following upgrades are required:
- Decat Downpipe
- Performance Intake
- Upgraded Intercooler
Important Notes

Most 1.5 TDI models come with Garrett turbochargers
→ Actuator must be swapped from the stock turbo to the new turbo -
Late model 1.6 TDI (Garrett equipped)
→ Actuator swap required -
1.6 TDI with KKK turbocharger
→ Use the actuator supplied with the Garrett turbo (no changes needed) -
Custom ECU remap is mandatory after installation
→ Do NOT run on stock / Stage 1 / Stage 2 / Stage 2+ maps
